4. Revisions
Minor revisions are included to ensure you're completely satisfied with the final result. I want your project to exceed expectations!

What's your typical turnaround time?
Turnaround times depend on project complexity and my current workload. A single character design might take 1-2 weeks, while a full children's book could take 1-3 months. I always discuss timelines upfront so we can plan accordingly.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, I typically require a 50% deposit to begin work, with the remaining balance due upon completion. For larger projects, we can arrange a payment schedule.
Can I use the illustrations commercially?
Usage rights are discussed and agreed upon during the project consultation. Typically, I provide commercial usage rights for the specific agreed-upon purpose.
What file formats will I receive?
For final deliverables, I typically provide high-resolution JPG/PNG files and PDF files. If you need specific formats for your project, just let me know.
Do you take on rush projects?
